WHAT IS PART OF SPEECH?
In language parts of speech means parts of the sentence.
In terms of parts of speech can be said as 'Parts of speech
is a class of words based on the word's function, the way
it works in a sentence'. So it can be concluded that parts
of speech are types of words that are grouped based on
the function of each of these words, as well as their role
in a sentence. To be able to compile and arrange
sentences, we must understand the parts of the sentence
so that there is no misunderstanding of future intentions.

NOUNS
Noun literally means noun. In the Oxford dictionary it says that ‘A noun is
a word used to refer people, animals, objects, substances, states, events,
ideas, and feelings. A noun functions as a subject or object of a verb and
can be modified by an adjective '. So it can be concluded that noun is a
word used to indicate people, animals, objects (objects), substance, places,
events, ideas, and feelings. Noun can function as the subject or object of a
verb (verb), and can be changed to be adjective (adjective).
There are several types, namely Proper Noun, Common Noun, Singular
Noun, Plural Noun, Countable Noun, Uncountable Noun, and so forth. On
this occasion we will provide some basic vocabulary that will help you in
your daily activities.
NOUNS
Proper noun is a noun that relates to all names, be it the name
of the country, the name of the province, the name of a city,
the name of a place, the name of a person, etc.
Example: John has a new car, and he parks on the street under
a big tree in Filer.
Common Noun is a noun that is related to the type, class
(order), objects, and others. Examples such as: Plane, Padicab,
Table, etc.
Example: I see the woman in that room
She is a student of SMA Negeri 29 Bandung
ADJECTIVES
Adjective language means adjectives.
According to the Oxford dictionary ‘Adjectives
are used to describe or specify a noun or
pronoun. So it can be concluded that adjective is
a word used to describe or describe a noun or
pronoun.
ADJECTIVES

The baby is so adorable (Bayi itu amat manis sekali)
beautiful cantik, indah
Rianna has a beautiful voice (Riana memiliki suara yang indah)

PRONOUNS
In pronoun means substitute noun. according to the
Oxford dictionary "A pronoun is used in the place of a
noun or phrase". So it can be concluded that pronoun is
a word that functions as a substitute for noun or phrase
in a sentence. Pronoun itself is divided into four parts,
namely: Pronoun as subject, Pronoun as object,
Positive Adjective, Positive Pronoun, and Revlexive
Pronoun
PRONOUNS
1. Personal Pronoun (I, you, she, he, we, they, it)
Example: I will go to the US next year
2. Object Pronouns (Me, us, you, her, him, it, them)
Example: You need to take her home now
3. Possessive Pronoun (Mine, ours, yours, hers, his, theys)
Example: See, these kittens are now ours
4. Reflexive Pronoun (myself, yourself, herself, himself, itself)
Example: She cooks herself her favorite meal
VERBS
Verbally, Verb means verb. And verb terminology said as 'It is used to show an
action or state of being'. So that it can be explained that verb is a word that
serves to explain the name of an action.
In English, there are 2 types of verbs, namely Regular Verb and Irregular Verb.
Regular verb is a verb (verb) whose word changes follow the rules or in
accordance with the rules. The word changes on the regular verb starting from
verb-1 (base form) to verb-1 (past form) to verb-1 (past participle), only
experience the addition of -d or -ed at the end of the word. Here we will describe
some examples of Regular Verb.
Irregular verb is a verb (verb) with word changes that are not in accordance with
the rules or can also be referred to as an irregular verb word. Irregular verb is
the opposite of Regular verb. Changes to irregular verbs from Verb-1 (base
form) to Verb-2 (past form) to Verb-3 (past participle) do not add -d or -ed. So
the only way to find out the changes in the Irregular verb is by memorizing it.

CONJUNCTIONS
In conjunction language means conjunctions. In the Oxford dictionary it is mentioned
that conjunction is 'word, eg and, but, and or that joins words, phrases, or sentences'.
So it can be concluded that conjunction is a word that functions to connect words with
words, phrases with phrases, or connect between two sentences, such as the word and,
but, or or. In the English-English dictionary, conjunction is given the conj sign, while
in the English-Indonesian dictionary, the word conjunction is given the sign ksamb

PREPOSITIONS
Sentence Language preposition means preposition. In the Oxford
dictionary it is said that the preposition is, word, eg in, from, or to, often
placed before a noun to show place, direction, etc. Prepositions are used
before nouns to form a phrase that shows where, when, how, and, why ’.
So, it can be concluded that preposition is a word that shows place,
direction, and so forth. Prepostion often lies before noun. Prepositions
generally show where, when, how and why.
Example:
1. Don’t fell off your bike
2. Real Madrid got the victory over Juventus
3. The clock is over the cupboard
4. Give your book with me
5. Can you handle my phone with care?
ADVERBS
Adverbally means adverb. In the Oxford dictionary explained
that bahwa Word that adds information to a verb, adjective,
phrase, or another adverb. An adverb is used to modify a veb,
adjectives, and other adverbs. ' So it can be concluded that
adverb is a word that contains information about a verb,
adjective, phrase, or other adverb. An adverb is used to modify
verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs.
ADVERBS
Example:
1. She runs so fast (dia berlari sangat kencang)
2. I think positively about you (aku berfikir positif tentang mu)
3. I come here quickly (aku datang kesini dengn cepat)
4. there is a ball under the table (ada sebuah bola dibawah meja)
5. There is my phone under my bed (ada sebuah hape dibawah
tempat tidur ku)
6. I put your handphone on the table (aku meletakkan hape mu
diatas meja)
7. there is a big house besides my house (ada sebuah rumah yang
besar di dekat rumah ku)
INTERJECTIONS
In interjection language means the expression of feelings or commonly
referred to by interjection. In the Oxford dictionary it is mentioned that
interjection is ‘word or phrase, eg Oh! Good heavens! Used for showing
surprise, anger, or emotion '. So it can be concluded that interjection is a
word or phrase that aims to express feelings of surprise, anger, and other
emotions. like Ouch !, Hurray !, Oh dear !, Good heavens !, Hey !, Hi, Ugh !,
and so on. In the English-English dictionary, the interjection is marked with
Interj, while in the English-Indonesian dictionary, the interjection is given a
kseru.
INTERJECTIONS
Example:
1. waw! this house is so big and beautiful (waw! rumah ini
sangat besar dan indah)
2. uh no! I don’t like this music so much (uh tidak! aku tidak
sangat tidak suka musik ini)
3. oops I didn’t mean it (oops! aku tidak bermaksud)
4. wtf, I hate him so much (sial, aku membencinya dengan
sangat)
5. what the hell! I miss him (sial, aku merinduka nya)
6. OMG, I forget where I took my handphone (oh tuhan, aku
lupa dimana aku meletakkan hape ku)
7. Poof, it is so crazy for me (poof, ini sangat gila untuk ku).
