Introduction:
o This system is the Desktop Assistant for computer
labs by using this system we can access the files,
folders, software and other some things by giving
voice commands to the assistant.
o By using this system we can also open the different
software and files/ folders, we can also the current
time, introduction of assistant.
Need for the system:
To find the files, folders immediately.
Easy for the user to handle that’s why so many people use this system
System use for open, search and calculate some sums.
For example- Suppose, this system install in college computer lab in
computer lab there so many students come into the lab per day
students needs to find different types of folders, files, setups and
software by using this system they can find there aim easily because
everyday every student they don’t get same computer to handle at this
situation students get confused to find there aim because of this this
system is useful.

Search Operation:
Whatever the user want to search the operation have to
perform by the system.
Open Operation:
If user want to open different types of files, folders and
software this operation also have to perform by the user.
Timing:
Tells the user current time of the system.
Calculation:
Calculate the addition and subtraction operation provided by
the user.
Listen operation:
System have to listen the user properly
Recognize:
System have to recognize the command given by the user
properly.
Proposed Work:
Proposed system is used to search and open the files and
folders easily.
It is user friendly system.
It is use to calculate the calculation provided by the user,
also play the music from the computer, tells the current
timing and so many task provided by the user at the
situation.
