ENTERING TEXT
Click in a Textbox to add text
ADDING A TEXT BOX
On the Insert tab, click Text Box
Select the type of Text Box you want to add
Drag the cursor to expand the Text Box
SELECTING TEXT
By holding the left button on the mouse or shift button
on the keyboard for selecting
CUT, COPY AND PASTE
Select the item that you want to copy
Click the correct button on the Clipboard Group of the
Home Tab
UNDO AND REDO
On the Quick Access Toolbar
CHANGING FONT TYPEFACE
Click the arrow next to the font name
You can preview the font before choosing it
CHANGING FONT SIZE
Click the arrow next to the font size
You can also use the increase or decrease font size
button
CHANGING FONT STYLES
It is used to emphasize text. The most common one are
Bold, Italic and Underline
All the Font Styles included on the Front group of the
Home tab
CHANGING TEXT COLOR
Select the text and click the Colors button included on
the Font Group of the Home Tab

WordArt help us to create
a visual effect on text
Select the text and
choose WordArt in the
Insert Tab
CHANGING PARAGRAPH ALIGNMENT
Help us to set how the text appear
Basic alignment: Align Left, Center, Align Right,
Justify and Distributed
