The problem must have educational relevance and
timeliness.
Show in-depth and critical analysis on the situation
presented

Explain in detail the rationale, extent and limitations of


the intervention, innovation or strategy.
State also who will be involved and what are the
activities to be undertaken?
It outlines when and where is the intervention,
innovation or strategy.
The plausibility is a way to address the problem or
issue is given support.
