Empowering PWD Employability Project

Project EARN aims to empower people with disabilities through dignified employment. It partners with organizations to provide vocational training and placement services for people with disabilities, who make up less than 1% of the employed population in India. The project will mobilize people with disabilities, provide them 60 days of free accommodation and training, and help place them in jobs with corporate partners and government organizations to generate employment opportunities through corporate social responsibility programs.
