submit MR>>>> NI is not.
Each manufacturer has approval for certain
9COMs not for every thing
9COM determined by Contractor material
specialist _ reference STD engineer
Each Manufacturer has different ID plant and
approval even same company
e.g. Amintit Dammam is approved Amintit Jeddah is not

Common Mistakes
Not all NON-RVL material is NI.
One PO might need several IAPs.
e.g. pump @ Mfr. & motor @ different Mfr.
PO placed long time after MR Approval
contractor shall confirm the Mfr. Status prior to place the Order
