INSTRUCTIONS
The Bidder Shall Quote Percentage (%) Above Or Below Of Total BOQ Price. The Price
Shall Be Quoted By The Bidder Entirely In Indian Rupees. Bids Shall Remain Valid For
A Period Of 120 Days After The Deadline Date For Bid Submission
The Earnest Money Of Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned Within 28 Days Of The
End Of The Bid Validity Period , The Earnest Money Of The Successful Bidder Will Be
Discharged When The Bidder Has Signed The Agreement And Furnished The Required
Performance Security.
INSTRUCTIONS
• Performance Security.. Within 10 (Ten) Days After Receipt Of The Letter Of Acceptance,
The Successful Bidder Shall Deliver To The Employer A Performance Security Of 10%
Of The Contract Price, For The Period Of 28 Days After The Expiry Of Defect Liability
Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Completion Of Work
