Homosexuality: Group 6

Homosexuality refers to romantic or sexual attraction between people of the same sex. It includes three categories: homosexual, heterosexual, and bisexual. While some religions oppose it, many companies now support LGBT diversity and rights in the workplace. However, gay and transgender workers often face discrimination like negative performance reviews, abusive language, and loss of jobs. While acceptance is growing worldwide, laws and attitudes still vary significantly between countries. In India, the Supreme Court decriminalized gay sex in 2018. Companies are now working to promote inclusion, such as by establishing anti-discrimination policies and training.
