I. GENERAL STANDARD
1. Parents/guardians are obliged to abide with
the school policies.
2. Gate 1 (Main Gate)- ENTRANCE
Gate 2 ( Grade 4 area)- EXIT
3. No SMOKING and LITTERING
Health and Safety Protocols
Before entering and when inside the school, remember the following:
1. Proper handwashing at the school entrance; hand sanitizing at the classroom
2. Step on the foot bath
3. Temperature check (at the school entrance)
4. 1.5-meter social distancing (markings can be seen at Biazon building)
5. Mandatory face mask and face shield
6. No spitting (If unavoidable, please use tissue and dispose properly)
7. Bring/Use personal ballpen
If you are inside the campus, REMEMBER the following:
• RED ARROWS lead to ENTRANCE
• GREEN ARROWS lead to EXIT
• Use the the RIGHT WING/STAIRS (near Grade V-1) for ENTRANCE and STAIRS
(beside Grade VI-Fast) as EXIT points.
• Only 10 PERSONS (excluding the adviser) are allowed inside the classroom.
• LEAVE IMMEDIATELY after receiving the modules and proceed to GATE 2 (located
in Grade 4 building). Avoid unnecessary chatting or overstaying inside the
classroom/school premises.
Distribution and Retrieval
• DISTRIBUTION- Mondays, 7:30-4:00PM
If Monday is a holiday, distribution shall be done on Tuesday following the same
time
• RETRIEVAL- Fridays, 7:30-4:00PM
If Friday is a holiday, retrieval will be done on Monday from 7:30 to 10:30AM.
• Classrooms shall be the venue for module distribution and retrieval.
• Sets A and B contain 4 subjects. (Please refer to the class program.)
Disciplinary Procedures/Provisions
1. Those who refuse to submit/follow the stated policy, specially the observance of the
Health and Safety Protocols, will not be allowed to enter the school.
2. Replication or reproduction of any lost/damaged SLMs shall be the responsibility of the
parent/guardian.*
3. Learners may use a separate sheet or the required activity notebook when doing written
activities.
4. Failure to return the SLMs on the scheduled date of retrieval shall be dealt with
accordingly by the class adviser.**

NOTE: School policy is based on the implementing rules and guidelines in DepEd Order No.14, s.2020 (Guidelines on the
Required Health Standards in Basic Education Offices and Schools), Division Manual of Operations in Schools in The New
Normal and Memorandum, DM-CI-2020-00162 (Suggested Strategies in Implementing Distance Learning Delivery Modalities-
DLDM for SY 2020-2021) and the existing Executive Orders issued by the Provincial Gov’t and City LGU.
