› Repair R/RU, TRX and PAU from Production faulty buffer.
› Resources : Technicians and Repairing dedicated team from RC-Brazil.
› Capacity: 400 R/RU , 500 TRX and 300 PAUs per month in second level of
repair.
› At the moment RC-Brazil is involved just on R/RU Repair
› RC-Brazil have been involved on development troubleshooters from production
and improvement of R/RU Yield (focus on repair and fast feedback to process
engineering and daily meeting)
› RC-Brazil also use the Repair Education structure from Master factories.

› All ESS SJC ( Brazil Supply ) new NPI/TPI project from August 2012 has the same
structure Education process above. At the moment, in example, the RAU Mini-Link
implementation (RAU NPI) and R/RU 02/12 ( Jango NPI ) has the same repair
process structure. ESSSJC always uses the Ericoll or intranet links for products
education from Master Factories.

› When there isn’t a fast Repair Solution and R/RU internal unit analyse takes more than 3 hours we count with help and analysis of
master factory troubleshooters establishing a troubleshooters forum.
› The EDB technicians fill and send by email to responsible the Form, waiting , following feedback and discuss with troubleshooters
from Master Factory about the difficults analysis faults.
