Moving Average • Price 700 x qty 120 = 84000  84000 / 120 = 700
• Price 800 x qty 120 = 96000  (84000 + 96000 ) / 240 = 750

• Price 100 x qty 50 = 5000  Cost 100 (first layer)
FIFO • Price 200 x qty 20 = 4000  Cost 200 (second layer)
Sale : Price 300 x qty 60  (Price 100 x qty 50) + (Price 200 x qty 10) = 7000

Standard Cost = 100


Standard Cost (Price 200 x qty 50 )  (Price 100 x qty 50) = 5000  Variance of 5000

• Cannot delete/add new items in the document

Assembly BOM • Same as sales BOM except child items do not appear as sub items

• Parent and child items can be any type of items


Template BOM • Can be used in sales and purchase documents
• When parent item is selected in the document, child items auto appear as sub items
• Can delete/add/duplicate items in the document
