American inventor who invented the
keyboard  in 1868, , and along with Samuel
W. Soule, Carlos Glidden and John Pratt, has
been contended as one of the inventors of
the first typewriter in the United States.

 People are used to using keyboards to enter
data, they need very little training
DISADVANTAGES OF KEYBOARD

 It is easy to make mistakes when typing the


data.
 If you can’t touch type ,it may be time
consuming to enter data
