BACKGROUND
INFORMATION
 Bonnie Brewer and Stacy Kim went to
college together and later started their own
business.
 They own their own coffee and chocolate
shop.
 They have exhausted their savings and
their initial business loan, in six month
lease is up.
 Deciding on whether they were in this for
the long haul or give up the business.

What is it?
A set of producers for making
decisions about the organizations long

could indulge their love of good

 Kim would take over the finance
and section of the business

 SHORT TERM GOALS:
 Extend hours of the business
 Higher four (4) part- time employees.
 Give out samples of their products on a daily
basis from 9am- 11am on the university
campus for two (2) weeks.
 Give out samples of their products on the pier
on a daily basis from 7pm- 9pm for two (2)
weeks.
TACTICAL PLAN
 LONG TERM GOALS:
 Implement a survey for the customers asking
them what other products they would like to
see in our shop.
 Have a working Wi- Fi by the end of the
month.
 Have website up and start weekly blog posts.
 Website to include a menu, hours of
operations, address to shop and phone
numbers.
