INFORMATION
Bonnie Brewer and Stacy Kim went to
college together and later started their own
business.
They own their own coffee and chocolate
shop.
They have exhausted their savings and
their initial business loan, in six month
lease is up.
Deciding on whether they were in this for
the long haul or give up the business.

SHORT TERM GOALS:
Extend hours of the business
Higher four (4) part- time employees.
Give out samples of their products on a daily
basis from 9am- 11am on the university
campus for two (2) weeks.
Give out samples of their products on the pier
on a daily basis from 7pm- 9pm for two (2)
weeks.
TACTICAL PLAN
LONG TERM GOALS:
Implement a survey for the customers asking
them what other products they would like to
see in our shop.
Have a working Wi- Fi by the end of the
month.
Have website up and start weekly blog posts.
Website to include a menu, hours of
operations, address to shop and phone
numbers.
