PLEB: Disciplinary Board for PNP Cases

The People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) is a disciplinary body of the Philippine National Police (PNP) that hears and decides administrative cases filed by citizens against erring PNP personnel. It is composed of board members with legal backgrounds, local government representatives, and sectoral representatives. PLEB has jurisdiction over PNP officers stationed in the municipality or those who commit abuses there. It only hears administrative cases and can penalize officers found culpable with suspension, demotion, or dismissal. There are no filing fees for complaints.
