Recrrouter aims to optimize the hiring process by focusing on work reduction rather than just workflow automation. It plans to reverse the traditional model where employers pay for job listings by having recruiters and candidates pay to advertise to employers on a pay-per-click model. This is intended to incentivize finding the lowest cost candidates first. Recrrouter will integrate with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social networks to allow recruiters to advertise candidate profiles and employers to advertise jobs. All stakeholders including employers, recruiters and candidates are intended to benefit through increased opportunities and lower costs.
