A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has got
about 10 years of experience in the Industry and Profession. In the process he has
handled a number of projects and companies of national and international level. He
has mastered the activities relating to corporate world such as corporate law
matters, direct, indirect and international taxation, liaison with Government agencies
etc., while in practice he has assisted a number of international companies to set up
their shop in India and is also assisted Indian companies to run their business with due
diligence and corporate compliance.

He is fellow member of the ICAI and has a rich experience of more than 5 years in the
accounting profession. He has to his credit experience in various fields such as audit,
accounting, company law matters, direct and indirect taxation, project financing,
financial services and management consultancy etc. He has performed a wide
range of assignments, in the above areas and also has experience in representing
matters at the Reserve Bank of India and the tax office. He has a vast experience in
handling assessment proceedings under the Income-Tax Act and Sales Tax.
