School Administration
The main administrative body consists of the
Administrator , the principal and the vice-principal
With the Administrator heading the administration.
However suggestion/inputs from the managing
director and teacher are taken into consideration
when such Inputs are furnished.
Here the positive point to be noted is the participation
of the teachers’ in the school administration because teachers’
views can carry weightage in the students’ development
and school in general.
Students-Teachers Interaction
From what we have studied from the questionnaire
Provided to both students and teachers, the interaction
Between students and teachers is smooth, two way mostly
and the classes are usually interactive . We found out that
Most students are proficient in the medium of language.
There are very few who are poor in communication and the
Reason behind is being attributed to their background .
Example like their previous school attended .
Relationship between
Authority and Teachers
Conducive atmosphere is vital for any institution
To provide satisfactory , positive and motivating
environment for the teachers. This very ambient
atmosphere is favourably Present among the authority
and faculty members. The teachers unanimously
reported to have a very good relationship With
the authority . Teachers are even consulted on some
Issues In regard to administration and they
are free to suggest any Ideas for the
betterment of the school
Teaching Aids &
Teaching Learning Materials
Available in the School
Most teachers and students are contented with the materials available
in the School . Teacher’s, tool includes globes , maps , atlas books,
Boards and markers, charts, projector and computers etc.
Considering the view of the majority
of the students’ Suggestions for their welfare, it would
be advisable to the School to provide audio-visual aids/smart
class facilities and more Science laboratory experiment.
Co-curricular & Extra-curricular activities
conducted at the School
co-curricular & extra-curricular activities that take
place in the school are sports , literary day,
cultural day , Eco Clubs , Andi-Tobacco Clubs ,
P.H.E Classes , School Choir , Bharat Scouts
and Guides , Junior Red Ribbon Clubs etc.
These activities will help the students to build their
personality, boost confidence, enhance competitiveness,
unearth their talents and potentialities, promote
awareness and knowledge.
Time Management
school assembly starts at 8:45 AM and classes at 9:00 AM and ends by 2:30 P
The daily routine is scheduled for 8 classes/periods.
Most teachers are able to complete their daily task/systematically planned
lesson for the day. In regard to completion of course for the session,
most teachers are able to complete the syllabus and even go for revision
while few cannot fulfill this task. The reason could be due to the
uncooperative attitude or undesirable behavior of the students
that causes distraction and disturbance or the teacher hurrying
only in the last moment as some students have claimed in their
answer but we are unsure about this.
