A HR Dashboard is an advanced Analytics tool that displays
important HR metrics using Interactive data visualizations.
It helps the HR department in following ways:
1. To Improve Recruiting Processes.
2. Optimize the workplace management.
3. Enhance the overall Employee Performance.
NEED OF HR DASHBOARD
In a giant like TRIDENT, that has employees strength over
18000,the HR Data becomes massive.
Thus maintaning and analyzing the data becomes a hectic
process and can be very time consuming, thus making the
process inefficient.
This Problem can be effectively solved with HR Dashboard
which can present the data in a summarized form and in a
way that is easily understandable and canhelp in better
decision making.
HR ANALYTICS
HR Analytics is also known as People analytics, workforce
analytics, or talentanalytics.Human Resource Analytics is
about analyzing an organization's problem using Data.
HR Departments have a tradition of collecting vast amounts
of HR Data.Unfortunately, this data often remains unused. As
soon as organizations start to analyze their people problems
by using this Data, they are engaged in HR analytics.

Predictive Analytics is the branch of advanced
analytics which is used to make predictions about

artificial intelligence to analyze current data to make

Generally HR possesses large quantities of people
data. By applying predictive analysis to this data, HR
can make their decisions based on statistics and

some employees sharing a work station .
Proposed Changes
Data of unused workstations maintained. No permanent seat allotted
to frequent market users. Unused Workstations can be booked by
employees from other locations.

• Currently displaying machine parameter, working video, flow information and manual.
• Can be used to label machine parts for suitable machines and display relevant
information such as catalogue number which is required to acquire quotation for
companies.

• Made using purely JavaScript and html enabling it to be run on most updated browsers.
• No external application required, user on the network can access via URL, dedicated
devices are not required.
• Would enhance user engagement during plant tours and deliver more information than
the traditional way, providing a firsthand testimony to innovation at Trident.
• Product serial numbers can be utilized by factory workers as well.

Learnings and feedback
• During the process of finding suitable machine information, it was found that manuals,
although extensively used, were in a dilapidated condition and a soft copy proved to be
really tough to procure.
• Encouraging reception seen amongst factory employees.
Going Ahead
• Attaching 3D models could be a game changer, currently omitted.
• Can be used to label machine parts for suitable machines and display relevant
information such as catalogue number which is required to acquire quotation for
companies.
• The website can be hosted on internal trident domain to prevent confidential
information to be accessed from outside network.
