1. SCOPE
This Method Statement outlines the procedures of anti–termite
application for formwork at MRT area in Indonesia 1 Project.
The product and its work shall follow requirements of related
documents.

2. PROFILE & REFERENCE
Agenda 25 EC is a liquid formulation which provides long-term protection from
termites. Agenda contains active ingredient fipronil.(refer to Material Technical
Data)

This Method Statement is generally in line with the provisions of Technical


Specification for INDONESIA 1 Project, and technical recommendation from Supplier

3. MATERIAL & TESTING
• Termite Control products material and supplier is approved by the Consultant
• Refer to Technical Specification, anti-termite preparation shall consist of
the chemical preparations using water as solvent. The anti-termite product
(Agenda 25 EC) consist using water in preparation.
• Agenda 25 EC is a non-repellent termiticide that provides 5 years structural
protection combined with a colony management effect.
• Agenda 25 EC is a sustainable option. It has been designed to provide
protection at extremely low doses, which means there’s minimal environmental
impact. It also won’t affect earthworms, soil microorganisms, or vegetation
planted in treated soil.

The applicator shall be a professional pest control operation which has valid
licences from Dinas Kesehatan DKI, Ministry of Public Work, and Ministry of
Agriculture Commision Pesticide.

7. PROCEDURES
• Preparation
 The Applicator will do the supply of Anti-termite material. Material
delivering, handling and storing should be done by the company as they
prepare for termite controlling
 Referred to Technical Specification, Post Sign-In areas of application to
warn workers that soil termiticide has been applied, and remove signs when
areas are covered by other construction
 Submit work permit and get CM approval to do application of Anti Termite

7. PROCEDURES
 Spraying, will be performed on both side of Form work and wood beam
bekisting by using power sprayer equipment with 5 liters of Agenda 25
EC at every square meter.

1 field supervisor/team leader will be accompanying 1 field operator


(technician) on each treatment visit
