LOK ADALATS-RBI GUIDELINES
Cases involving an amount upto Rs.20 lacs may be
referred
All NPA accounts which are in Doubtful / Loss category
Official representing should have sufficient powers
worked out within the compromise policy
Decree should be sought from the LA for the settlement
amount. Repayment period should be within 1-3 years.
After full payment of this amount, discharge certificate
should be issued.
