FISIOLOGI MENELAN
DEFINISI
• Benda asing esofagus adalah benda yang tajam maupun
tumpul atau makanan yang tersangkut dan terjepit di
esofagus karena tertelan, baik secara sengaja maupun
tidak sengaja.

• Penyebab : Koin 83.8%
• Lokasi : Pars media 84.1%

2. Segera infus
3. Kirim ke RS utk esofagoskopi + ekstraksi
4. Esofagoskopi dilakukan segera pada :
● benda asing yang tajam
● benda asing baterai
Jangan dorong dengan sonde lambung ok :
bentuk / banyak benda asing ?
ada / tidak kelainan anatomis esofagus ?
5. Metode dengan kateter foley atau Metode Businasi (Bougienage
method).

1. Anak dididik untuk hanya memasukkan
makanan ke dalam mulut
2. Jangan meletakkan sesuatu sembarangan
3. Jangan makan makanan keras bila gigi tak
lengkap
4. Jangan menggigit benda-benda yang
bukan makanan seperti peniti, dll.
5. Pemakaian gigi palsu yang baik dan benar

PROGNOSIS
1. Benda asing yang tertelan 80-90% dari akan lewat
secara spontan dalam 3 hingga 7 hari.
2. Anak-anak dengan cedera kerongkongan dari baterai
diskus perlu tindak lanjut jangka pendek dan jangka
panjang untuk mencari komplikasi terkait erosi atau
perforasi dan penyempitan kerongkongan.
3. Orang dewasa dengan tumbukan makanan memiliki
kelainan 85% hingga 90% dari waktu dan akan
membutuhkan evaluasi dan pengobatan kelainan
yang signifikan
