Rationale behind the
designation of weights
 Socio-political Support

In the first phase, socio-political support would perform

a decisive role because even if an organization has a good idea
with the right amount of expertise, it wouldn’t be successful if it
has no support from the government, the civil society, and the
Filipino society at large.
Rationale behind the
designation of weights
 Economic Sustainability

Economic sustainability would be crucial as it tries to fill

the market gap while competing with the typical business
enterprises, which are only geared towards profit.

At this point, an SE would have forged strong partnerships which

cannot be easily destroyed.
Rationale behind the
designation of weights
 Institutionalization

In the final stage, the operations must be institutionalized already

in such a way that it can be replicated in other areas across the
Philippines.

Since the company has already proven itself towards its

customers and suppliers, it would already be indispensable in its
field.
