Actions to Improve
• Dropped objects inspections should be
conducted routinely by all workers
• Equipment must be adequately maintained
• We must all:
– Remove or secure any object that might fall below
– Follow procedures for our tasks
– Avoid being in the line of fire for a dropped object
– Wear proper PPE to reduce chance of serious injury
