For my agency project, I was tasked to update my agencys


resource, and policy & procedure manual. Along side myself I
was I had the help of one of the MSW interns there and
together we updated hospital information, as well as confirmed
providers that work with the hospital. Every day I was calling
different agencies and making sure their contact information
was correct and getting the managers direct information for
emergency referrals and things of that nature. I unfortunately
could not share the updates with the class because it does
contain real health information for examples on how to go
about certain situations.
