PSS Project Involvement Process
Pre FEED & FEED
- Interface with Operation, F&E to consolidates and feedbacks of Operation & Maintenance Histories e.g. Process/Equipment reliability, Operate &
Maintenance lessons learned and/or improvement expectation to Project Team for implementation.
Detail Design
- Ensure the agreed of improvement items are fully implemented in the project

- Review & Update operating and maintenance philosophy as necessary
learned for BMB&CKD project due to late
Fabricate & Construction
involvement
- Review and preparation to register the new asset facilities in SAP
- Review SPIR and provide the final recommendation to maintenance for final inventory setting.
- Review and develop maintenance planning activities (PM job cards) and register in SAP
- Review and develop Operating and Maintenance procedure as necessary
- Identify training needed for offshore team as necessary
- Perform FAT/SAT and pre- commissioning at fabrication yards to minimize offshore rectification activities
- Ensure the readiness of documentations for all activities (BF and GF) that need to execute at offshore
- Confirm necessary actions and documents are completed for MCD handover inclusive preservation of equipment during drilling stage
MCD
- Perform final inspection, process/equipment functional test and commissioning to confirm properly install, design functions and performances.
- Confirms all necessary preservation equipment are proper preservation with monitoring log sheet and readiness to handover WHP to Drilling
Drilling & Flow Line Installation
- Activates SAP for maintenance planning activities (PM job cards) to ensure all equipment are having properly maintenance actions to maintain in a good
conditions
- Interface with HUC and Operation team to perform Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) process (check & confirm all necessary documents are fully update, no
any major punch items and readiness of platform startup)
Platform Startup
- Assist Operation team to Startup
BMB & CKD Work Planning
Review and classify criticality of punch items (after topside sails out) with Operation to ensure all critical items are
completed rectification prior MCD
Review and update maintenance planning tasks as necessary
Review and finalize operation spare with Maintenance to set and/or adjust inventory as necessary
Interface with Design /Package Engineer to review the functionalities and performances of packages are met the design.
Identify procedures and/or actions needed for process/equipment preservation during drilling activities period
Interface with HUC and Operation to identify documents needed, criticality of punch items, criteria of inspection & check
sheet for MCD handover (example as attachment ).
MCD Handover will be accepted when all systems are commissioned and accepted by offshore disciplines with
TAs approval prior final acknowledgement project handover by POD Manager
Expected to start commissioning BMB on Sep 8, 2012 (7 days prior mobilized date of Drilling)
