Oil Spillage Cleanser Using Bagasse
Project Description
Objectives
This study was conducted to observe the ability of
sugarcane bagasse as an absorbent material for oil
adsorption. Baggase is a fibrous material that remains
after sugarcane are crushed to extract their juice. We
are suggesting it as an alternative method to treat
the oil spillage on the sea as a replacement to the
current oil absorbent boom. This project was
