Automatic Punching Machine A low Cost Approach:
Sensors & PLC system is interfaced with the conventional punching process
for achieving the automation
Reduced manufacturing lead time, reduced cost & increased safety of worker
Stamping machine by Cam & Follower Mechanism:
It can stamp 4-5 papers per minute
Takes 3 times more time as compared to a human
Cost of stamping is 0.5 only for 1000 papers.
Automatic Pneumatic Stamping Machine:
Works even at low pressure i.e. 6 bar
Quick retrieval mechanism
Can be used for other applications by changing the arm
Problem Definition
To create automatic paper stamping machine controlled by
Arduino microcontroller which facilitates hassle free stamping
thereby reducing human efforts, increasing accuracy & speeding
up the process.
Objectives
To ease the process of stamping
Reduce stamping time
To design stamp magazine in future
Contribution to our Institute
