Present Work Status of Project.
o Superstructure Work
1. 10,700 Cft casting has been completed by ready mix at Level- 14
(Tower Portion).
2. Rebar
fabrication,
Column, Stair
casting is going on
simultaneously Slab casting preparation is smoothly going on for
Level 13 slab at existing building portion. Provably this slab
will be casted within last week of February, 2011.

Sanitary and Plumbing Work
1. Sigma is selected as vendor for sanitary and plumbing and firefighting work of this project. Now the related work order in under
processing and waiting to get the approval from top management.
Besides, above mentioned all works, working schedule and
drawing - design not yet finalize. It needs to be finalizing
immediately either project progress will be hampering.
2. Deep tub well installing permission procedure in under process.
These works take care by Mr. Mashudur Rahman (Accountant, DCC
UC, Banani, BREL).
3. Underground water reservoir water content or water leakage test
already been successfully done. (Till now no major problem
found).
4. Stacked water and all slush removed from Basement 3 and
under ground water reservoir have been successfully completed.
5. And simultaneously all related sanitary and plumbing work is
going on very smoothly.

1. 11,000 Cft casting has been completed by ready mix at
floor of Level 20.
2. Approximately 40% brick work has been completed at
Level -14, 15 & 16.
3. Approximately 50% ceiling plaster has been completed at
Level- 17.
4. Approximately 40% ceiling plaster has been completed at
Level- 18.
5. Void casting has been completed at Level- 15 & 16.
6. Final roof casting will be provide on 25 th January, 2011.
7. Rate and technical data has been received from various
overseas companies for faade work and this rate quotation
now under evaluation procedures.

1. The drawing and design & BOQ have been complete for firefighting work. Besides, RFQ (Rate for Quotation), rate collection
and comparative statement already been complete even from that
comparative statement two vendor preliminary selected by
Director Project Development. Now it need to finalization and top
managements approval is required immediately.
2. Deep tub well installing permission procedure in under process.
These works take care by Mr. Mashudur Rahman (Accountant, DCC
UC, Banani, BREL) under close coordination and super vision of Mr.
Mimshad Rahman, Director (Project Development).
3. As per revised drawing and design sanitary and plumbing internal
wearing is smoothly going on.

1. RFQ (Rate for Quotation), Rate collection, comparative statement
for 06 (Six) Nos. passenger lift (Where 03 Nos. lift for commercial
spaces and rest of 03 Nos. lift for Apartment uses) already been
completed and now it is wait for MD sirs approval. After that work
orders processing will be proceed.
. Sub-Station & Generators:
1. RFQ (Rate for Quotation), Rate collection, comparative statement
for 1500 KVA dry type, 1500 KVA oil type transformer, 315 KVA,
300 KVA generator and BBT already been completed and now it is
wait for MD sirs approval. After that work orders processing will

manpower crises.
2. Site off construction already completed, now it is ready to use.
3. Bill board has been installed.
4. 85% dismantling work has been completed of existing
structure and remaining dismantling work will be complete
within mid week of February, 2011.
5. Till now 519 Nos. out of 658 Nos. shore pile drive has been
completed. Remaining all pile drive will be completed within
next couple months.
6. Cleaning, safety and security work going as per project

per drawing and design for floor casting of Level -8.
4. Site/Project safety and security work has been completed as per
project demand in completed/Executed working zone.
5. Site/Project cleaning work has been successfully done in this
period.
6. Level 8 floor casting will be provided on 28 th February, 2011.Still
three (3) slab casting is remaining after completion of Level -8
floor casting.
7. Drawing design including interior design has been received but
using material not yet selected by the top management due to this
issue work not yet started.

resources. Its purpose is to facilitate the flow of information
between all business functions inside the boundaries of the
organization and manage the connections to outside
stakeholders.
SAP is the world best ERP Software having more than
70% market share in the market.
SAP ERP provides the foundation to quickly read, evaluate,
and respond to changing business conditions with accurate,
reconciled and timely financial data.
SAP ERP automates dispute, credit, and collections
management and offers electronic invoicing and payment
capabilities that supplement traditional accounts receivable

SAP Workflow is a process tool that is
designed to facilitate and automate business
processes involving the tasks sequence
performed by the users (people in the

purchase or sales approval, supplier evaluation, invoices,
financial and inventory reports and even creation of new data

Example: When a person creates a purchase requisition, their
higher authorities get automatically notified by email or
mobile. Then authority can give approval by using his desktop
pc or mobile.

SAP Implementer Selection: To complete the SAP Implementation, we have
already have several meeting with each of the SAP Implementer who already
have implemented SAP in several organizations.
Consultant Selection: According to our Module scopes (FICO, SD, MM, RE, PS,
BASIS, ABAP, WORK FLOW, MOBILE INTERFACING), we have been selecting
consultants by interview sessions from around 60-70 consultants. All of them are
experienced on implementing end-to-end projects and 10-12 consultants would
be selected for our implementation.
Recruitment: As per honorable Managing Directors instruction, Key Users
recruitment for different modules of SAP is under progress for smooth operation
of SAP ERP Implementation. An initial interview of around 75 candidates for Key
Users has already been done and final selection is going on. Three (03) IS team
member have already been recruited for support from technical aspect.
Project Implementation Completion: Project completion of SAP implementation
is forecasted to Go-Live within 3 3.5 months from the starting of
implementation. Depending upon the finalization of the Implementer, Key Users
and others; project Kick-Off could be started at the end of November.
