Planned Engineered Lifts
Qualified Person Engineering support for Planned Engineered Lifts per ASME B30.2:
Lifts in excess of rated capacity are permitted per the planned engineered lift procedure in ASME B30.2.
The crane supporting structure shall be reviewed by a qualified person for any lift over the rated capacity.
For planned engineered lifts exceeding 125% of the rated capacity, the components shall be reviewed by means of calculations by a qualified person.
Crane Runways & Building Structures
Modifications for increased capacity. Engineering for new crane runways and extensions of existing systems. Foundation design, review of existing foundations. Field inspections by licensed professional engineers. Engineered solutions to eliminate broken tiebacks.
Crane Runway Surveys
Crane runway surveys by licensed engineers. Detailed analyses and field alignment procedures from survey data provided by others. Engineered modifications for structural steel alignment.
