Planning Short term: After 2-3 hours of nursing intervention the patient BP will be able to in the normal range (120/80 mmHg).
Intervention Identify factors, such as age, functional decline, clients resistive to efforts, painful conditioning, breathing problem etc. Implement physical therapy/ exercise program with the client and other team members. Review previous life situation and role charges with clients. Encourage the patient to limit eating fatty foods. -
