MRF FIXED TERM TRAINING PROGRAM (NAPS) – TIRUVOTTIYUR UNIT

NAPS Program: Tiruvottiyur Plant


 The objectives of NAPS scheme are as follows:
• To develop skilled workforce for the economy by promotion of on-the-job experiential training.
• To provide up-skilling opportunities for candidates who have undergone short-term skill training offered by various Central and State Government
initiatives.

 Duration of program : NAPS training program is for 3 years (36 months) and shall not exceed that period.

 Eligibility :
• Eligible candidates for this program will be from 10th 12th & ITI (Pass) and above qualification. Exceptional cases - 8th Std.
• Candidates registered already with NAPS scheme are not eligible for this NAPS training program that we provide.

 Attractive Benefits :
• Stipend amount will be provided for the trainee every month till the completion of training program.
• Food, Transportation and Accommodation facilities will be provided by the company.
• Uniform & Safety shoes will be provided
• Insurance coverage
• The trainee will be provided with a NAPS completion certificate with on the job training in MRF premises.

Work timing's : Shift pattern (1st shift - 7 am to 3 pm ; 2nd shift - 3 pm to 11 pm ; 3rd shift, 11 pm to 7 am)

Age : 18 to 26 years
Passed out Year : 2019 -2025
NAPS Certificate : Certificate will be given on successful completion of tenure of three years by Government
