1.1.1 Diagnosis
The business partner 9P00000011 that is related with the person is already
assigned to a user via table USR21. This does not match to the new user.

1.1.2 System Response


The deletion of the user <->business partner relation is not allowed by HCM
standard processes, as there might be additional data outside HCM that are
relevant for the relation.

1.1.3 Procedure
In exceptional cases, it is possible to delete the business partner<->user relation
with report RSUID_REMOVE_FALSE_BP_ASGN.
