Application packages can be defined as ready-made software or
program designed in a standardized form for solving various
problems that are common to users at ease. It is a type of software
that can perform many different related tasks. Word processing is
an example of Application packages.

• You need to have access to a computer that has word processing

• People can become reliant on using the word processor and their

spreadsheet is organized in a series of rows and columns and can be searched, sorted,
calculated, and used in a variety of charts and graphs. It is a software program you use to easily
perform mathematical calculations on statistical data.
