1) Allocate the content of the file 'Firmware_BV4000-[Link]', folders 'Program' and 'Firmware' to the Desktop of
your computer;
2) Open the folder 'Program' and run the file '[Link]', which will proceed with the installation of the application 'PAD ProductTool';
3) After installing the above-mentioned application, open it through the icon shown below:
On the program's 'Key' button, load the file 'AW_LCTOOLS.key' found in the 'PhoenixUSBPro - PC' folder;
4) As soon as opened, the program requests the firmware file for installation.
Direct it to the corresponding folder, ''\Firmware'' and load the file ''[Link]'', then select the option
‘’Replace’’, highlighted below:

5) The program will provide the window corresponding to the direction of the other three necessary files as well.
present in the folder 'Firmware', '[Link], [Link] and [Link]':
The program will display the address of the selected files in the corresponding bars.
5) Connect the Planet tab BV4000 DC to the Computer using the accompanying USB cable, following the procedure below:
a) Turn on the product using the ‘Power / Off’ button, indicated in the image below:
b) Observe, in the firmware installation program, the change in color of the 'Down' button, indicated in the image below,
from the color 'gray (not prepared)' to the color 'green (prepared)';

6) Press the 'Down' button and wait for the process to finish, as indicated in the status bar, highlighted in the image.
