Key Employment Terms

1. Probationary Period
You will be on probation for three (3) months from your date of joining. During this period,
either party may terminate employment with one (1) month notice or salary in lieu thereof.

2. Notice Period
Upon confirmation, you will be required to serve a One (1) month notice period in case of
resignation. The Company may also terminate employment by providing the same notice or
payment in lieu.

3. Benefits

o Leave entitlement as per company policy.

4. Performance & Growth


Increments and promotions will be based on your performance, contribution, and company
requirements.

5. Retirement
You shall retire from the Company’s service on attaining the age of 60 years, unless deemed
medically unfit earlier.

6. Commitment
Considering the cost incurred in your selection and training, you agree to continue employment
for a minimum period of six (6) months from your joining date.

7. General Conditions

o You may be required to travel within or outside India for business purposes.

o All company property (laptops, documents, credentials, etc.) provided to you must be
used only for official purposes and returned upon exit.

o You must maintain confidentiality of all company/client data during and after
employment.

Annexure B – Terms & Conditions of Work

1. Leave & Holidays

 12 Privilege Leaves (PL) and 12 Sick Leaves (SL) annually.

 Pro-rated leave for employees joining mid-year.

 Up to 3 days of paid leave during probation.

 Public holidays as per office location.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Employees must protect all company/client confidential data. Any misuse may lead to termination and
legal action.

3. Use of Company Property

All assets provided (laptop, email ID, documents, etc.) are for official use only. Assets must be returned
upon exit.

4. Workplace Conduct

Employees are expected to maintain integrity, professionalism, and respect. Any misconduct may lead
to strict disciplinary action.

5. Solicitation & External Engagements

External jobs, freelancing, or courses that affect work require prior HR approval. No
solicitation/distribution in office premises.

6. Benefit Plans

Medical Insurance, Wellness Programs, and Professional Development support may be provided as per
company policy.

7. Retirement & Statutory Contributions

Employees retire at 60 years. PF, Gratuity, and other deductions will be made as per law.

8. Performance & Growth

Salary revisions, promotions, and variable pay are performance-based.

9. Travel & Assignments

Employees may be required to travel for official assignments. Travel reimbursements will follow company
policy.

10. Document Submission at Joining

You are obligated to upload the following documents at the time of joining:

1. 10th & 12th Marksheets

2. Graduation/Post-Graduation/Diploma Certificates

3. Certificates of additional qualifications (if any)

4. Experience and Relieving letters from previous employers, If applicable
