In the G.O.2nd read above, Government have directed that the orders issued in
G.O.Ms.No.610, G.A.(SPF.A)Dept.,Dt.30-12-1985 shall be
implemented keeping In view of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organization of
Local cadres Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order,1975 and in tune with the
recommendations/suggestions made by the One Man Commission(SPF).
2. In the references 3 r d and 4 read above, instructions were issued for
implementation of Presidential Order, 1975 and G.O.Ms.No.610, G.A (SPF.A)
Dept.,dt.30-12-1985 and also identify the excess non-locals In every Unit of
Appointment in each category of post and to repatriate such excess non-
locals to their respective local cadres.
3, In the reference 9 t h read above, the information regarding, the excess
non-locals obtained from the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Hyderabad in
prescribed proformae ha ! s been sent to General Administration;,Department
as desired. ' ■

4. In the references 10 and 12 read above, the General Administration
Department have furnished the statement showing the unit of appointment
wise number of non-locals to be repatriated and delegated the powers to
Administrative Secretary of the Department to effect such inter local
transfers and these transfers shall be only from among those non-local
employees who have given option to go to their respective local cadres.
5, In accordance with the various instructions issued in the references read
above, the Engineer-In-Chief (AW) has sent detailed proposals vide reference
13U| ieau above for repatriation of the excess non-locals who have exercised
their option to go to their respective local cadre.

6. Government alter careful consideration of the above proposals have
decided to repatriate the excess non-locals to their respective local cadres
who are working in violation of Presidential Order, 1975 in various District
CajKes/Zones.

7. Now in exercise of the powers vested with the Government under Para
5(2)© of the Presidential Order, 1975 . the employee indicated at para (6)
above is hereby transferred in public interest to his local cadre Indicated as
against his name in the supernumerary Post to be created. Since the process
of creation of Supernumerary post may take some more time, he is to be
initially sent on deputation/O.D basis to work In his local cadre till the
supernumerary post is created, The employee shall be eligible for T.T.A.
and his seniority shall be governed by Rule 33 of the A.P.State and
Subordinate Service Rules.
8. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Hyderabad shall take immediate action to
implement the above orders and report compliance.
9. This order does not require the concurrence of General Administration
(SPF) Department and Finance Department as per the delegation of the
powers issued by reference vide 10LT1 read above.
