Objectives:
Help them identify what Inner Healing is;
Understanding how the human soul works;
Identify symptoms and causes of wounds in the soul;
Receive the healing of memories and wounds.

1 - WHAT IS INNER HEALING?

It is the healing of the soul, of feelings, of emotions, of traumas, of
sad memories, etc..

2 - EXAMPLES OF INNER HEALING IN THE BIBLE

Is 61:1-3 "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord
He anointed me to preach good news to the brokenhearted, he sent me to heal
the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives, and to set
to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor and the day

In writing Psalm 139, David was in a moment of

The Psalm itself is the healing for your soul.

The Word of God heals us.

The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul. The law of the Lord is perfect and restores the soul.

Declare, pray the Word to receive healing.

3 - UNDERSTANDING HOW THE HUMAN BEING WORKS

This is the first step for us to understand about Inner Healing:

God gathered the Trinity, which is three in one, to create man

his image and likeness, also three in one.
Man is a spirit, who has a soul and lives in a body.
We do not have a spirit, we are a spirit.

SPIRIT
God took from his raw material and made a spirit.
This spirit is the part of God within us, that is why the spirit never
dies, because God is eternal.

NURTURE

Our difference lies in the soul.
There is our individuality.

BODY
As God created a physical world, He needed man to
also had a physical, visible body for the spirit to inhabit and reign
in this world.

4 – WHAT IS THE SOUL?

The soul is composed of four things:

01 –Feelings– love, affection, compassion, etc.

02 –Emoções– alegria, felicidade, etc.
03 – Will and Free Will
Vontade = desejo
Free will = it is the decision to do or not, to carry out or not the desire.

Some people feel like killing themselves, but they do not.

It remained just a desire.
04 –Memory– we have two types of memory
Conscious = what we remember.
Unconscious = that which we cannot remember.
Our mind is like a computer's CPU.
Everything that happens to us is recorded.

Who remembers when they were born?

No one remembers, but they are there, etched in our memory

unconscious.
Some of them are interfering with our lives.

5 - WHY DO WE NEED HEALING, IF GOD MADE EVERYTHING

PERFECT?
When God created man, He made everything perfect:
Eternal spirit (in perfect harmony with the Father)
Perfect soul (contained all the attributes of God: love, peace, joy)
Perfect body (without illnesses or death)

6 - WITH THE FALL, SIN ENTERED

Consequences of Adam's sin:
In spirit
With sin, the spirit became like dead.
Man was separated from God because of sin.

When man sinned, the soul also became disordered.

The attributes of the devil entered her: hatred, anger, jealousy, envy, etc.

And the memories that once only had good things; now they are
marked by bad things: rejection, resentment, bitterness, hurt,
sadness, etc.
And free will begins to decide on wrong things.

The body that was supposed to be healed now has ailments, diseases and
death.
90% of ailments come from the soul.

7 – THE REDEMPTION PLAN

God sends his only son, Jesus Christ, the Messiah, to save us and
give us life abundantly.

When we decide to confess Jesus as Lord and Savior of our

life, the spirit that was like dead, is revived.
The Bible says that this is how we are saved.
The problem of the spirit has been resolved.
But salvation is for after physical death.

But our soul and our body remain sick.

To heal physical ailments, we use God's healing and
also medicine.
And for the healing of the soul, from internal wounds, we use the balm of
Holy Spirit.
Many diseases and ailments in the body are only cured after the
soul is healed.

8 - WHY DO WE NEED HEALING?

At some point in our history, a wound can settle in
our soul, and from then on, our behavior will change.

The wound of the soul can be a result (consequence) of our

own sins or as a consequence of the sins of our parents and
ancestors.

It may also be as a result of circumstances in which we were

victim of aggression, humiliation, abuse, rejection, losses or due to feelings
of guilt in our heart.

Just as we need physical healing when our body

is sick, we also need healing within us.

A person with a wounded soul cannot grow and mature.

9 - SOME LATENT SYMPTOMS THAT YOU HAVE

Wounds in the soul
Feelings of:
rejection insecurity fear of not being approved

These symptoms limit us and prevent us from being happy,

to grow spiritually.
To have an intimate relationship with God and with people.
How many of you have difficulties relating to your parents?
making new friendships, difficulties in marriage or with children?

10 - EVERY SYMPTOM HAS A CAUSE

11 - IDENTIFYING THE CAUSES

Generally, the main cause of these symptoms is REJECTION.

After the spirit of rejection enters a person, it outlines a

plan of destruction.

12 - PATERNITY X ORPHANHOOD

13 - STEPS TO INNER HEALING

01 - Recognize that we need healing
to recognize that we are hurt;
that we hurt other people (guilt eats us away);
open your heart.
Some people have a chest inside them, and they keep throwing everything in.

They think they are free from them; but the chest is still there.

02 - Locate the root of the problem (diagnosis)

to pray for God to bring to memory every bad memory from the past;
for God to reveal the root of the problem;
handle the causes.

03 - Believing that God can heal us

we are only healed by faith.

04 - Trust the people who minister to us

be transparent and sincere;
God always uses people.

14 - HOW CAN WE OBTAIN THE CURE?

By the Holy Spirit of God, through the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross;
Consciously go back in your memory, with the presence of the Holy Spirit;
Interact (through the principles of transparency and reconciliation);
Confront the problem (apologize and forgive);
It is by faith, through the Holy Spirit. This will heal the wound.

16FORGIVENESS: THE KEY TO HEALING

Make a brief explanation about forgiveness.

In the story of your life, many people have left marks.

Some or many left unpleasant marks.
But, for you to be healed of these wounds, there is a secret.

There is a secret to healing: FORGIVENESS

Without forgiveness, there is no inner healing.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits. It is He who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your
your illnesses.

The cure is conditioned on forgiveness.

Salvation is conditioned on forgiveness.

Matthew 6:14 (Our Father prayer)

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Father also
The Celestial will forgive you.

Jesus tells us that we are forgiven to the same extent that

we forgive and if we do not forgive, God also cannot forgive us and
this is the reason people continue to be tormented or bound
spiritually.

You need to go to the cross, die, deny yourself and your own.

Every time you imprison someone for not forgiving, you yourself

Forgiveness is not a feeling.
