Summary of Incident
Between June 19 and November 4, 2025, I engaged in a series of legitimate trading transactions with an
individual known as “Kit”, previously “Jaws” (real name Ethan Erickson).
These trades involved the exchange of in-game digital currency and assets from Pets Go, PS99, and
related titles, in return for USD payments via PayPal and cryptocurrency.
Kit initially completed a few small “trust trades” and minor payments, gradually progressing to larger-
scale transactions exceeding $1,550 USD in total value.
Despite multiple confirmations, written agreements, and repeated reassurances, Kit (Ethan) continuously
delayed or avoided payments and ultimately failed to clear the full owed amount.
Throughout the period, he provided various excuses — claiming medical issues, financial problems, that
his grandfather passed away and he was handling funeral costs, and that he had been scammed himself.
Eventually, he ceased communication entirely while remaining active on Discord, confirming
intentional avoidance and breach of trust.

Promises & Agreements
Ethan Erickson (alias Kit / JawsNAE) repeatedly assured prompt payment following each completed
delivery. He used statements such as:
“I’ll send after my deposit hits.”
“Friday for sure, I get paid then.”
“I’ll clear everything this weekend.”
He initially performed small $1 trial transactions via PayPal and Crypto to establish trust before
proceeding to higher-value trades. Throughout the trading period, he consistently promised to settle all
dues after specific “payday” dates (notably July 20, August 5, and August 10), none of which were
ever honored.
Excuses & Manipulative Behavior
Following the receipt of large asset batches, Kit began employing repetitive and inconsistent excuses to
postpone payments, including :
Claims of medical recovery and surgery.
Statements of financial hardship and unexpected bills.
Claims that he was temporarily without funds.
Emotional reasoning, including the claim that his grandfather had passed away and he was “handling funeral
expenses.”
Over time, his tone shifted from cooperative and polite to defensive, emotional, and ultimately
dismissive, leading to complete silence.
Behavioral Pattern
June–July: Polite, responsive, professional communication; consistent with small trades and partial
payments.
August:Excuses begin; delayed transactions and emotional manipulation appear.
September: Continuous false “Friday” payment promises; growing avoidance and lack of proof of
intent
October–November: Total ghosting; ignored all messages while remaining visibly active online.
This pattern demonstrates deliberate deception.
Expected vs Actual Outcome
3
Expected : Payment upon or immediately after delivery of goods or within 2 weeks once he gets paid
(USD via PayPal/Crypto).
Actual : Only partial payments made; continuous excuses; remaining ~$2,000 USD unpaid.
Total Financial Loss
Total Goods Value : $1,550 USD (approx. 360B in-game assets)
Payments Received : $0
Outstanding Balance: ~$1,550 USD (with interest, total claim $2,000)

Additional Evidence & Final Communication
On November 5, 2025, the scammer (‘Kit’) admitted in Discord messages to having ‘exit scammed’
the Roblox trading community and acknowledged owing approximately $2,500 USD, thereby
confirming fraudulent intent and deliberate deception.

A professional final notice email was sent by the victim demanding payment of $2,000 USD before
November 7, 2025, clearly outlining the evidence set and payment options. The scammer never
responded, confirming willful avoidance and intent to defraud.

Conclusion & Declaration
Between June and November 2025, Ethan Erickson (“Kit/Jawhs”) engaged in systematic online fraud
through Discord by exploiting trust-based trading arrangements.
He conducted small legitimate trades to gain trust, received over $1,550 (Final claim = $2000) in digital
goods, and then withheld payment using deceptive excuses and emotional manipulation.
This conduct constitutes intentional fraud and misuse of digital trading platforms, violating online
transaction and wire communication laws.
