GENERAL NOTICE

It has been observed that Interns on duty are not present in their respective allocated
departments during their duty hours. Instead, they are found flocked in a group in various
Departments.

This is viewed very seriously by the management and all the Interns are hereby advised to
strictly adhere to their prescribed Duty Roster in proper Dress Code. They are also expected to
behave with Proper Etiquette and Manner with Doctors and Nursing Staff.
This is further to inform that any Interns who are found missing from his/her assigned
workplace and without proper Dress Code, will be marked ABSENT from the duty for the day.
Adherence tothe aforesaid is mandatory.
