PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SUPER P500 is a transparent high-gloss polyurethane with high productivity that is 2 components for being
used in automotive repainting as a final layer in Bi-layer systems. Thanks to the innovative technology of
elaboration and with the use of new generation raw materials.
SUPER P500 PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

APPLICATION METHOD
Mix 4 liters of SUPER P500 with 1.0 liters of hardener agent HSCP-500 and 4 liters of thinner
ASCP-GU this is a mixing ratio of [Link], mix perfectly for 1 minute, apply.
Leave a drying time between layers of 7 to 15 minutes.
After 8 hours it can be polished.

OBSERVATIONS
* Prepare only the necessary material that you are going to use, as it tends to freeze. Shelf life (Pot Life)
After catalysis, it takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on the environmental conditions.
Do not return catalyzed or prepared product to the new product container.
Do not apply this product after its Pot Life has expired, as the final finish will not be as desired.
Apply this product in dust-free areas.
Use personal protective equipment: coveralls, goggles, gloves, and respirator for dust and vapors.
Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product.
Store this product perfectly closed in dry and cool places before and after use.
Clean the application equipment thoroughly after using this product.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE STANDARD THINNER AS IT WILL AFFECT THE FINAL FINISH.
