Motor vehicle equipped with a pressure vessel or tank of
load mounted on the chassis, forming a single unit, with
safety accessories and instruments with or without dispensing pump.
Semitrailer tank
Vehicle without its own means of propulsion, with one or more axles of wheels,
equipped with a pressure vessel or load tank and built in such a way
so that when it is towed by a truck, part of its weight is
distributed over the propelling vehicle; with accessories and instruments of
security with or without dispatch bomb.
Work procedure
Document that establishes the sequence of actions, method of execution,
Safety equipment, requirements, and other necessary information for
carry out each specific job safely.
Personnel competent in LPG operations
Person who, through the combination of experience, training,
appropriate evaluations, and resources, is able to make objective judgments
about the operations of LPG and to address any emergency in which
this product is involved.
Pressure vessel
Set of the envelope subjected to pressure, including the openings and
their closures, as well as the parts not subjected to pressure connected
directly to her. The storage tanks are not included.
low pressure. (less than 15 psi)
Vehicle anti-shift locking system
Mechanism to ensure that the tank truck or tanker truck does not
it can accidentally move unless the hoses are
disconnected and collected.
Positioning barrier
Various ways to signal the movement restriction of the truck
tank or tanker truck during the loading or unloading of LPG.

LOADING PROCEDURE
It should only be done in authorized places and under the regulations of
current security.

Preparation for Loading:
The vehicle, before starting its journey and before each load must
to be subjected to a verification that includes, among others, the review of
no presence of leaks and the proper functioning of the valves
from the unit, especially from the internal inlet and outlet valves
of liquid GLP.
The vehicle must be driven to the loading area of a plant.

plant.
The person in charge of the loading must ensure that all
the devices intended to control the charged amount are
operational and in the correct position.
All the electrical equipment of the tanker truck or cistern truck, not
necessary for filling, must be off. Everything else of
Ignition sources must be removed/deactivated.
The handbrake must be applied and chocks must be placed to secure.

correctly labeled (tagged).

Load control systems must be connected.
In addition, a checklist review must be conducted of the
truck safety conditions before the start of loading.
Loading operations:
The unit operator before connecting the LPG hose and
to perform the charging operation, you must connect the device to
grounding that allows the discharge of static electricity from the
unit. Additionally, the unit operator must download the
static charge that your body may have stored, in a
download point on any metal structure that is anchored
to earth.
