This small manual addresses only the topics that directly affect the majority of
mediums, beginners or those who have not yet decided, which in summary are: how to deal with the

QUESTIONS

If you are reading this small manual, it is because you have many questions. Probably
as many as I had. It does not mean that I still don't have unanswered questions,
but with the guidance of mediums, advice from advisors, and reading,
