i. Rationale
The Asian Cuisine subject introduces students to the diverse culinary tradition of
Asia, encompassing a wide range of flavors, techniques, and cultural influences. To
deepen our understanding and appreciation of these cuisines, this event will provide
hands-on experience in planning, preparation, and serving authentic Asian dishes.
The Food Bazaar serves as a platform for Hospitality Management students to
showcase their culinary skills, apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, and
develop entrepreneurship, teamwork, and customer service skills essential in the
Hospitality Industry.
j. General Objective
1. To promote awareness and appreciation of diverse Asian
cuisines among students and customers.

2. To enhance students’ practical skills in food preparation and
service.
3. To develop teamwork, time management and organizational
skills through event execution.
4. To provide an opportunity for students to experience
entrepreneurship in the hospitality field.
k. Methodology and Participants
The activity will be conducted onsite at the ISU Angadanan quadrangle.
Participants will include all 2nd year BS Hospitality Management students who are
enrolled in their Asian Cuisine subject.
l. Expected Outcomes
This event is expected to increase cultural awareness, enhance culinary skills,
and foster entrepreneurship among Hospitality Management students.
Additionally, it will provide an enjoyable cultural and gastronomic experience
for all participants.
At the end of the seminar, there should be;
