Operating system

Presentation and operation of the operating system

The system is composed of two gear pumps and two controls


hydraulic. This system has characteristics such as a simple structure,

adopted in the Sany motor grader. According to the hydraulic diagram,
the gear pumps compose two exclusive circuits,
respectively left and right hydraulic command.
Each command is a parallel oil circuit and each command has a
different valve for each operation. The commands have the system
in parallel, as it may require the activation of two commands
simultaneously, the system will not experience a pressure drop in both
actuations, only if you make the actuation in the same command
hydraulic, then the flow of the pump will be divided causing the

incorrect operation.

SANY DO BRASIL guarantees the new products it manufactures against defects of
assembly and components (parts) duly proven through your Service
Authorized Technician, for a period of 12 (Twelve) months, starting from the date of the
technical delivery, except for consumable and wear items and contact with the ground.

All operation costs will be borne by the manufacturer. NO
it includes the expenses related to the transportation of the equipment or of
your components to the Distributors.
The technical delivery must be carried out by the Factory or by
Distributor, within a period of up to 30 (thirty) days counted from the date of
issuance of the Invoice to the final customer, prohibiting the customer from
use of the equipment before its execution, under penalty of loss
of the warranty.
The defective parts that are replaced during the period of
the warranty will cover a period of 90 (ninety) days counted from the
date of issuance of the Invoice, or until the end of the remaining period
of the equipment warranty, provided for in this Manual.

This contractual guarantee is subject to the fulfillment of all


SCHEDULED REVIEWS planned in the OPERATION MANUAL AND
MAINTENANCE to be carried out by the Authorized Technical Service
SANY.

EXCLUSION CLAUSES:

It shall be established by technical analysis that the defect occurred due to


of use, or unauthorized technical alterations.
The products whose preventive maintenance and inspections are not
executed according to the specifications.
Natural wear of the parts resulting from use.
Defects caused by the entry of water into the components
electronics, contamination of lubricants by external agents or
use of non-genuine parts.
Damage and/or failures in the product as a consequence of accidents,
natural disasters or acts of nature.
•The economic losses and any lost profits resulting from the
equipment shutdown.
