What does a systems engineer do?
A systems engineer is an ethical professional responsible for developing solutions for

The facts and evidence will be analyzed to determine if the request is appropriate.
If deemed appropriate, a formal disciplinary investigation is initiated.
If it is not appropriate, the complaint is filed.
Sanctions applicable to disciplinary offenses
In the case of determining disciplinary misconduct, the sanctions that can be applied
depending on its severity are:
Written warning
Suspension from professional practice for up to 5 years
Cancellation of the Professional Registration, of the Professional Certificate or of the Certificate of
Enrollment.
