STATEMENTS

A. The Seller is a company legally established in the Mexican Republic, as a


Public Limited Company with Variable Capital that was established by - Public Deed number

B. By entering into this Contract, and under its terms, the Member will have
right to use the timeshare services that include, among others, the services of
