Fasten off the first leg, but not the second. Will crochet the legs
together after finishing the second leg.

Single crocheting the legs together (Rnd 7)
1. Insert the hook through the next stitch and then through the stitch
where you fastened off the first leg (pics 1-2)
2. Yarn over your hook and pull through both stitches you
originally went through (pic 3) yarn over and complete the single
crochet (pic 4) continue sc around the 23 remaining sts

Sewing on the body and the arms:
Several reference pics about where the pieces should be sewed on.
Where I sew on the head (pic 1). Begin going through the head
then weave into the body and repeat around (pics 2-4). Where I sew
the arms on (pic 5). Go into the body first, then through both sts on
each side of the arm and repeat till closed (pics 6- 8) Completed
piece (pic 9).

Sewing on the belly and the shell:
Reference where I begin sewing on the belly (pic 1).Then I insert
the hook into the loops behind the sts (pic 2) then back into the
previous st (pic 3). Continue around till fully secured (pic 4). The
shell gets sewn on in the same way (pics 5-7). I add a bit of stuffing
half way through (pic 8). Reference to final location (pic 9).

Adding on the belly strip:
Weave in the ends of the belly strip into the sts in the back (pic 1).
Then tie it off with an overhand knot at the back (pic 2). What it
looks like from the front (pic 3).
