CBC-Aligned Curriculum Structure: Fundamentals of Building Services
Design.
Course Code: CAI-BSD-01
Duration: 8–10 Weeks
Mode: Physical / Online / Hybrid
Software Tools: AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk Revit MEP
Outcome: Learners will acquire practical design skills to draft and model comprehensive
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for buildings, using both 2D and BIM tools.
General Learning Outcome (GLO):
To develop the capacity of learners to analyze, plan, and design integrated building service
systems that meet international standards and are represented effectively using AutoCAD and
Revit.
