INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES:
a) Emergency Services uniformed personnel are expected to be Physically & Mentally fit & having up right character
to un-dergo & manage extreme challenging situations like accidents & trauma emergencies and car or bus crash
extrications, shifting critically unconscious ill patients to nearby hospitals under medical intervention, building
collapse, water & flood rescue, deep well rescue, height & fire building rescue & evacuations, aero-planes or
railways crashes etc; therefore it is pertinent to mention that candidates should have required qualifications &
physical attributes to manage emergency res- cue operations to save helpless critical victims of emergencies &
disasters.
b) The selected candidates after final interviews along with call letters shall be sent to National Emergency Services
Academy, Rescue 1122, for 4-6 months professional hands-on training in every field of rescue expertise. Final
selection of candidates shall be made after completion of successful training & 6 months’ probation period.
During training a fixed honorarium shall be provided by the department to the trainees according to cadre specific.
Dropped off candidates during any step of their selection shall stand nowhere, waiting candidates shall be called
instead at once.
c) 25%additional allowance (of relevant pay scale) shall be given during training in addition of stipend only
to Female candidates.

Medical Screening Note: Candidates having physical deformities or eye sight weaker than 6/18 or drivers (LTV or
HTV) having color blindness or BMI over 30 or having Hepatitis (B&C), HIV, RPR or STD are not suitable to work
for emergency services. All tests shall be performed at designated hospitals and laboratories for which links shall be
uploaded on SFERP & PTS websites after Written, Psychological & Physical screening tests.
Candidates are required to send photocopies of their documents mentioned in checklist of application form as
per criteria mentioned against each post.
Candidates already in government services must apply through proper channel.

The application form duly filled in all aspects and supported with all required documents shall be sent through registered courier service to the Office
of Director Human Resources, SMBB Medical University, Moen-Jo-Daro Road (Arija) Larkana latest by 28th March, 2024.
Incomplete applications and applications submitted directly/by hand or after due date shall NOT be considered.
1. Only Sindh domiciled are eligible.
2. Application should be sent along with:
(i) Pay Order/ Bank Demand Draft of Rs.2,500/- (Non-refundable) for above positions in favour of Vice Chancellor, SMBBMU Larkana.
(ii) Three recent passport size photographs.
(iii) Brief curriculum vitae.
(iv) Attested photocopies of Academic Certificates, Domicile, PRC/Form “D”, valid CNIC.
(v) Copy of valid/updated PM&DC Registration Certificate.
(vi) Copy of valid/ updated experience certificate(s).
(vii) Copy of research papers/ publications in Journals of National and International repute (if applicable).
3. Age limit as per Government/University policy.
4. Please clearly mention the name of post on the right top of the Envelope.
5. Incomplete applications in any manner will be rejected.
6. Applicant already serving in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel. (An advance copy of
the application form may be sent within due date).
7. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview.
8. University reserves the right to cancel any or all above post(s) or applications received therein.

2. Place of Posting: The selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan (Cantonments/ Garrisons)
3. Age Limit: 22-28 years plus give (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.
4. Age Relaxation. The maximum age limit may be relaxed to the extent as mentioned below however where a candidate is entitled
to age relaxation under more than one categories, he/ she shall be allowed age relaxation only in one category: -
a. By 3 years in case of Candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribes of the Tribal
Areas, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
b. By 10 years (upto the age of 55 years) in case of government servants who have completed 2 years continuous Govt
service on the closing date of receipt of applications.
c. By 15 years in case of Candidate is Released or Retired Officers/ Personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan or the
number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan (whichever is less)
d. By 5 years in case of Widow/ Widower or Son/ Daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service (On or
after 01-07-2005) (Subject to provision of Department office order/ Notification of death at time of Interview).
5. Age and academic qualification of the candidates shall be determined on the closing date of applications. Candidate must possess
educational qualifications and must be within age limits mentioned in the advertisement with effect from the closing date of receipt
of applications i.e 03 April 2024.
6. The contract appointment will be terminated on completion of two years or arrival of permanent incumbent recommended
by FPSC (whichever is earlier).
7. The selected candidates must render affidavit on stamp paper that they will not file any appeal for regularization in any court of
law.
8. According to Government policy, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview on the basis of written test or grading (as
deemed appropriate by FGEI (C/G) Dte)
9. Written test will be conducted at Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta Cantts.
10. Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents (Date of declaration of result must be mentioned on mark sheet/
transcript) at the time of interview. In case, any of the documents is found fake or bogus at any stage, candidature of the particular
candidate will stand cancelled. Even in case of his/ her selection, such fake documents whenever found, will lead to appropriate
disciplinary action/ criminal proceedings against such person.
11. Govt servants must produce fresh No Objection Certificate / Departmental Permission Certificate from their department at the
time of interview.
12. Dismissed/ removed employees of any organization or having criminal record are not eligible for employment in FGEI.
13. Candidates whose final results have been announced after closing date of advertisement are not eligible to apply.
14. FGEI (C/G) reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies after advertisement on need basis.
15. Incomplete application forms in any respect or received through registered after closing date or received through courier shall not
be entertained.
16. Test / result intimation slips shall not be sent through postal / courier services. Candidates are advised to visit website
(induction.fgei-cg.gov.pk) regularly and keep their cell number operational for information about tests / interviews.
17. No TA/DA is admissible for the written test and Interview.
