User Manual for

One Time Registration for Aspirants (Candidates)


Important Points to be read carefully before or while creating/updating OTR

1. The Recruitment portal has been developed to facilitate aspirants to know


Rajasthan Government vacancies of various recruitments, apply for the
vacancies, editing/withdrawing filled applications, fetching admit card,
raising question objections, getting results and scrutiny.
2. The aspirants (Candidates) need to create One Time Registration by login
through SSO Id. The SSO ID is Single-Sign-On facility for citizen to access
government services and information. Therefore, in any case, aspirant
should not de-activated/merged SSO ID with other SSO Ids which is not
his/her ID.
3. It is mandatory for aspirants (Candidates) to fill their OTR/recruitment
application form by log in through their SSO id only. Do not share SSO id
and password to anybody for security reasons.
4. The personal information related to Candidate’s Name, Candidate’
Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender is updated from Aadhaar/Jan-
Aadhaar only during OTR process. In case of any change in this
information required, may update respective Aadhaar/Jan-Aadhaar and
subsequently, update OTR by clicking ‘Update Details from Aadhaar/Jan-
Aadhaar’ button available only after generating OTR number at the time
of final submission process of OTR.
5. Candidates must ensure to read the OTR instructions carefully and to fill
the required fields properly without mistakes. If in any case, any wrong
information (except personal information) is filled and the OTR is
submitted then, facility to update information is available through ‘One
Time OTR Edit’ option available on OTR Page (OTR Profile Page). This is a
one-time facility to update OTR profile details (except personal
information).
6. If a candidate’s Jan Aadhaar Number is needs to be updated, or the
candidate shifts from one Jan Aadhaar to another, they must update it in
the OTR profile using the Edit option available on the OTR Page (OTR
Profile Page).
7. Candidates may also update some of the fields which can be edited multiple
time based on change required if any with proper authentication through OTP
(One Time Password) process. The following fields are allowing for change:
 Mobile Number
 Email ID
 Correspondence Address
 Category (Allowable category edit with conditions like EWS to General,
Non-Creamy Layer to Creamy Layer vice versa based on their facts and
category certificate awarded)
8. If candidate is an employee of Government of Rajasthan, then they must
mention their employee ID while updating/creating OTR. In case their Employee
ID based details are not matching/fetching from the service and candidate
ensure that details provided by them should correct, candidate may update the
employee ID and later can verify it in OTR through separate service of
updating/verify employee id option available in the menu.
9. Candidates are advised to create their OTR at least 24 hours before the last date
of application to avoid any last-minute issues while creating the OTR or filling
the application form.
10.In case, candidate still have any issue/concern/feedback, may raise ticket on
RPSC Grievance portal available on RPSC Website ‘https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in’
with proper justifications otherwise necessary action against may be taken if any
false details given by candidate.
11.The OTR history option available in OTR profile page can be checked/seen by
candidate to see changes made by the candidate in the OTR till date.
12.A candidate can transfer their application form from one SSO ID to another using
the “Fetch Application Form” option that available on the OTR Profile Page,
provided that the basic details — Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth,
and Gender — match with those of the previous SSO ID.
OTR Process
Case- 1: - Creation of New OTR on “Recruitment Portal”
Step 1: Visit the Recruitment Portal https://recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in. Login through SSO
id. After login, a pop-up is displaying as shown below to process through e-KYC under OTR
process as per DOP, GoR circular (F.8(3)/DOP/A-2/202304443 Part - 2) dated 16.4.2025 to
create OTR with e-KYC process.

Step 2: On click of ‘Ok’ button candidate will redirect to Basic Page of OTR.

Refer to the image shown below Fig. 3(Basic), it will ask the first question ‘Are you resident
of Rajasthan Yes/No?’. If Yes is selected then candidate is to register with the Verification
Type with Aadhaar/Jan-Aadhaar/SSO profile. As per option selected in Verification Type, and
detail filled text field, the primary information Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of
Birth, Gender is auto-populated.

Verification through Aadhaar: To create OTR profile through Aadhaar, candidate needs to
select Aadhaar option from verification Type option, then enter Aadhaar Number. On
successful OTP verification though Aadhaar service candidate name, father’s name (if
available), Date of Birth (DOB) and Gender will fetched from Aadhaar service, now candidate
need to select his category, marital status and PH status and click on Next button. email ID
will fetch from SSO profile (if available). Fig. 3(Basic)

Verification through Jan-Aadhaar: To create OTR profile through Jan Aadhaar, candidate
needs to select Jan Aadhaar option from verification Type option, then enter Jan-Aadhaar
Number/Acknowledgement ID, then click on Fetch option to select member then On
successful OTP verification though Jan-Aadhaar service candidate name, father name, Date
of Birth (DOB) and Gender and mobile Number, will fetched from Jan-Aadhaar service, now
candidate need to select his category, marital status and PH status and click on Next button.

Verification through SSO Profile: To create OTR profile through SSO profile, candidate needs
to select SSO option from verification Type option then its basic details which includes
candidate name, father name, Date of Birth (DOB), Gender and mobile number will fetch from
SSO profile, now candidate need to select his category, marital status and PH status and click
on Next button. email ID will fetch from SSO profile if available. Fig. 5(Basic)

Please Note: If system finds one or more OTRs are already created with filled Aadhaar/Jan-
Aadhaar Number then system will display the following message (Fig 6: OTR Merge):

This message is to inform candidates about the OTR Merge process. If a candidate believes
that, due to an earlier mistake, multiple OTRs were created, they can now merge these with
a new OTR. After the merge, all other duplicate OTRs will be automatically deactivated.

Step 3: On KYC page for Aadhaar and Jan-Aadhaar cases, candidate asked for upload live
photo, handwritten specimen and signature in Hindi/English, and then click on next button.
For SSO based OTR case, candidate first asked do KYC through Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar and then
upload live photo, handwritten specimen and signature in Hindi/English and finally click on
Next BUTTON FOR OTR Profile page

Step 4: For Rajasthan Govt. Employee

If candidate created his/her OTR through Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar: If candidate is a Rajasthan


Govt. Employee, then he/she should select Yes in Rajasthan Govt. Employee option available
under KYC page and after selecting Yes, candidate needs to enter employee ID following with
click on fetch button, if candidate Name, Date of Birth (DOB) and Gender matched with
Rajasthan Govt. Employee details then candidate’s status will save in OTR as a Rajasthan Govt.
Employee and the details shall be shown as verified. If the basic details are not matched, then
the employee id entered by the candidate shall be saved but with the caution that, details are
not verified.
Note: Candidate may verify the employee id details in future if the central repository for the
same is updated further.

If candidate created his/her OTR through SSO: If candidate is a Rajasthan Govt. Employee,
then He/she should first to do KYC through Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar then select Yes in Rajasthan
Govt. Employee option available under KYC page and after selecting Yes, candidate needs to
enter employee ID following with click on fetch button, if candidate Name, Date of Birth (DOB)
and Gender(Fetched from Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar) matched with Rajasthan Govt. Employee
details then candidate’s status will saved in OTR as a Rajasthan Govt. Employee and the details
shall be shown as verified. If the basic details are not matched, then the employee id entered
by the candidate shall be saved but with the caution that, details are not verified.
Note: Candidate may verify the employee id details in future if the central repository for the
same is updated further.

Step 5: On Payment page Candidate needs to review its OTR then have to do payment according to
selected category.

Step 6: After payment below mentioned profile page will display with OTR Number.

Case- 2: - Updation of already existing OTR on “Recruitment Portal”


Step 1: Visit the Recruitment Portal https://recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in. Login through SSO Id. After
login, a pop-up is displaying as shown below to process through e-KYC under OTR process as
per DOP, GoR circular (F.8(3)/DOP/A-2/202304443 Part - 2) dated 16.4.2025 to update OTR
with e-KYC process. .

Step 2: On click of “Ok” button Candidate will be redirected to Basic Page of OTR. As OTR already
created Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar/SSO so Candidate just needs to select category, marital status and PH
status and click on “Next” button.

Step 3: For Aadhaar/Jan-Aadhaar cases Candidate needs to upload live photo, handwritten specimen
and signature in Hindi/English and finally click on “Next” button for OTR Profile page.

Step 4: For Rajasthan Govt. Employee

If candidate created his/her OTR through Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar: If candidate is a Rajasthan


Govt. Employee, then He/she should select Yes in Rajasthan Govt. Employee option available
under KYC page and after selecting Yes, candidate needs to enter employee ID following with
click on fetch button, if candidate Name, Date of Birth (DOB) and Gender matched with
Rajasthan Govt. Employee details then candidate’s status will saved in OTR as a Rajasthan
Govt. Employee and the details shall be shown as verified. If the basic details are not matched,
then the employee id entered by the candidate shall be saved but with the caution that,
details are not verified.
Note: Candidate may verify the employee id details in future if the central repository for the
same is updated further.

If candidate created his/her OTR through SSO: If candidate is a Rajasthan Govt. Employee,
then He/she should first to do KYC through Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar then select Yes in Rajasthan
Govt. Employee option available under KYC page and after selecting Yes, candidate needs to
enter employee ID following with click on fetch button, if candidate Name, Date of Birth (DOB)
and Gender(Fetched from Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar) matched with Rajasthan Govt. Employee
details then candidate’s status will saved in OTR as a Rajasthan Govt. Employee and the details
shall be shown as verified. If the basic details are not matched, then the employee id entered
by the candidate shall be saved but with the caution that, details are not verified.
Note: Candidate may verify the employee id details in future if the central repository for the
same is updated further.

Please Note
If system finds one or more OTRs are already created with filled Aadhaar/Jan-Aadhaar
Number then system will display the following message (Fig 6: OTR Retain):

Step 5: On Payment page Candidate needs to review its OTR then have to do payment according to
selected category (If payment not done) or click on Final Submit button. If candidate is a Rajasthan
Government candidate then he/she can click on Yes option from given section and enter his/her
Rajasthan Govt. ID and click on Fetch button, Please note that candidate Aadhaar number should
match with Aadhaar(Which is get from Rajasthan Government service) then only his/her Rajasthan
Government information saved in OTR.

One-Time Edit Options


Candidates are provided with a one-time edit facility on the OTR (One-Time Registration)
profile page to modify the following details:
1. Mother’s Names
2. Mobile Number
3. Email
4. Marital Status
5. Spouse Name
6. Are you a Rajasthan Resident Candidate?
7. Category
8. Are you a Specially Abled Category Candidate?
9. Correspondence Address
10. Permanent Address
11. Live Photo
12. Handwritten Specimen
13. Full Signature (English)
14. Full Signature (Hindi)
15. Visible Body Mark
16. Domicile Details
17. Ex-Serviceman Status
Note: This facility can only be availed once.
Fee Notification
 If a candidate selects a category that requires fee payment, a valid fee will be
applicable to complete the edit process.
OTP Verification
 Upon final submission of the one-time edit, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number
registered in the candidate’s Aadhaar database for verification.

Multiple-Time Editable Parameters in OTR

A candidate can update certain parameters in the OTR multiple times by clicking on the Edit
option for the respective parameter on the OTR Profile Page. The parameters are as follows:

 Mobile Number
 Email ID
 Correspondence Address
 Category – Candidates can update their category using this edit option, but only under
the following conditions:
o Candidates belonging to SC, ST, or Saharia Tribe of Baran District categories
are not allowed to update their category.
o Candidates belonging to the General or General–EWS categories may update
their category only between General and General–EWS.
o Candidates from the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) or OBC (Creamy Layer)
categories may update their category only between OBC Non-Creamy and OBC
Creamy.
o Candidates from the MBC (Non-Creamy Layer) or MBC (Creamy Layer)
categories may update their category only between MBC Non-Creamy and
MBC Creamy.
Fee Notification
 If a candidate selects a category that requires fee payment, a valid fee will be applicable
to complete the edit process.

“Fetch Application Form”

 A candidate can transfer their application form from an old SSO ID to a new SSO ID
using the “Fetch Application Form” option.
 This option will be enabled only after the candidate has completed their OTR.

Steps to transfer the application form:

1. The candidate needs to click on the “Fetch Application Form” option available on the
OTR Profile Page.
2. Enter the old SSO ID (the ID from which the application form needs to be transferred).
3. The system will display the list of application forms if the details in the candidate’s
current OTR profile (Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth) match
with the application form details linked to the entered old SSO ID.
4. Select the desired application number from the list.
5. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number associated with that application
form.
6. After successful OTP verification, the application form will be transferred to the
candidate’s new SSO ID.

OTR History
The OTR history of any changes made by the candidate in the OTR, using any of the available
edit options, can be viewed by clicking on the “OTR History” button on the OTR Profile Page.

On clicking the OTR History option, the screen shown below (Ref: Fig. 2 — OTR History)
will open. On this screen, the candidate can view the details of their One-Time Edit and N-
Time Edit activities by selecting the Edit History (N-Times) and Edit History (One-Time)
options, respectively.
